“The decision to come to American Dream was easy, a true destination in the New York Metropolitan Market. As part of our company’s thriving expansion strategy on the East Coast, this opportunity is something we are very excited about," Raymond Gindi, co-CEO, Century 21 Department Store said in a statement. "The interactive complex is a natural fit for us as our stores continue to become more dynamic and engaging. We are looking forward to joining the community in this innovative new market concept by bringing our high-end designer selection at incredible values.”
The shopping and entertainment center is expected to open in the summer of 2017.
