Rizvi is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), applying scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance, including: sport-specific testing sessions, designing and implementing safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs and providing guidance on nutrition and injury prevention.
He has experience caring for a large range of conditions from sports injuries to brain trauma, and a strong practice in therapeutic care following knee and hip replacement surgery.
