EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The American Dream complex in East Rutherford will feature three Carpaccio fine dining restaurants.
American dream, owned by the Canada-based Ghermezian family, will feature combination of retail, dining, entertainment and attractions all in one spot.
“I am fortunate to have met the Ghermezian family and so strongly believe in their vision that we will be bringing three world-class restaurant concepts to American Dream.” Tom Billante, president of Carpaccio said in a statement. “We look forward to featuring multiple concepts from the Carpaccio family of restaurants in The Dining Terrace at American Dream."
In all the dining terrace at Amercian Dream will include 15 full-service restaruants in a park-like setting and patio seating.
To create the unique dining space, American Dream has engaged Manhattan-based iCrave, an industry leader in design environments that engage visitors.
The American Dream complex is set to open in the summer of 2017.
