RUTHERFORD, N.J. – No timeline has been set by state authorities for the completion of the American Dream entertainment and shopping complex, according to NorthJersey.com.
Both the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority and the state Economic Development Authority declined to impose a deadline on complex developer Triple Five, NorthJersey.com noted.
The projected final cost of the complex, which will include anchor stores along with a water and amusement park, is $3.2 billion, reported NorthJersey.com.
The developer's goal is to finish the complex by late next year, NorthJersey.com said.
