"This is a wonderful community event that showcases the artistic talent of parents and the incredible cuteness factor we have here in our Rutherford children," organizers note.
The grand prize is a $100 savings bond, and the first- through sixth-place winners will receive a $50 savings bond. You can get the registration form here, and drop it off at the Recreation Office, on the ground floor of Borough Hall, 176 Park Ave.
