The Rutherford Public Library is offering an appointment-based Tech Tutor services to provide personalized instruction on downloading free e-books, e-magazines, audiobooks, music and movies to personal devices.

Librarians can also assist with research, setting up e-mail accounts, and basic computer instruction.
