HACKENSACK, N.J. — Snowstorm Stella has come and gone, but remnants of its aftermath are still haunting some Hackensack drivers.
Pick your parking spot, there are many outlined by snow and ice in Hackensack.

Because of these walls, parking is sparse — unless drivers can find a way to wiggle back in.
All the more difficult is that some streets have a parking ban on one side on Friday morning.
