CARLSTADT, N.J. -- Dancers from Allegro Arts Academy of Carlstadt participated in a Dance Intensive in New York City at Man in Motion.
Man In Motion is a network of more than 50 male dance professionals designed to fill a specific need in dance education. They provide dance studios or organization with dance instructors and choreographers, arrange master classes and workshops, and deliver dance teacher subs who are experienced and exceptionally trained.
Allegro Arts Academy had 13 dancers take the Dance Intensive at Pearl Studios in New York. Parents were also able to take seminars in Dancers Health and Nutrition, and Agents and Photos. The dancers took workshops in Conditioning, Leaps and Turns, Contemporary, Acting through Dance, Musical Theater, Hip-Hop and Improv.
During the awards segment, Omar Hekal of Allegro Arts Academy won a "Master Class" at Allegro Studio by Jason Warley owner/director of Services of Man in Motion. Jason Warley also presented Katelyn Pose a scholarship for an upcoming Man in Motion event.
Allegro Arts Academy is based in Carlstadt, NJ, and draws dancers from Carlstadt, North Arlington, East Rutherford, Secaucus, Wallington, Rutherford, Wood-Ridge and Lyndhurst.
