More than $11,000 had been raised as of Monday morning on a GoFundMe for Victor Roman and his three daughters, Victoria, 5, and twins Isabella and Grace.

Julia was hoping to breastfeed the twins, as she did with Victoria.

She also was not going to use commercial products, but now, the family has no choice but to purchase diapers and baby formula.

Moms from across Bergen County turned out in droves to donate breast milk to the family.

Julia also had two older children, Dwayne, 19 and Valeria, 26. Dwayne is leaving for the Air Force in January and Valerie is graduating with a bachelors degree this semester.

Roman was born in the Dominican Republic and later moved to the Bronx. She was the first female escalator mechanic in the New York City transit system with a full career ahead of her, family members told Daily Voice.

Julia met her husband at work and the pair moved to Dumont when they started their family.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, Nov. 21, from 4 to 8 p.m., at the Frech Funeral Home in Dumont.

Burial will be on Wednesday, Nov. 22, at 10 a.m., at the George Washington Cemetery in Paramus. Meet by the office.
