The program is scheduled for the morning hours and appointments are required, the story said. They can be made by calling the public health nurses at 201-460-3020 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. weekdays, the story said.
The aim of the program is to detect any abnormalities in the blood, and the screening will check for approximately 30 different items, including cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose, the story said.
