Westbound Union Avenue In Rutherford Closed Until 3 P.M. Thursday

RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The westbound lane of Union Avenue in Rutherford will be closed until 3 p.m. Thursday due to utility work, police said. The eastbound lane will remain open, but traffic will be stopped for westbound NJ Transit buses to pass, they said.
