RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Frank M. Fasouletos, of Rutherford, died of pancreatic cancer Saturday, Dec. 5. He was 65.
Fasouletos was born on Nov. 6, 1950, in Brooklyn to Michael and Tena (nee Zervos) Fasouletos. He lived in Pittsburgh, Pa., and Rutherford.
He was the longtime owner of Ralph’s Restaurant Pizzeria and the Trackside Italian Eatery in East Rutherford.
Fasouletos is survived by his wife, Marylou; son Michael and wife Alison of Pompton Lakes, son Christopher and wife Karen of Mahwah, daughter Connie; siblings Andrew and Irene; and two granddaughters.
Visiting hours will be on Tuesday, Dec. 8, from 4-8 p.m. at Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford, with funeral services at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Church of St. Mary in Rutherford.
Interment will be at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
