Jorge McCausland, 54, was being held on $75,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, with an initial court appearance set for Tuesday on two counts of child endangerment by possessing and distributing kiddie porn.

McCausland “was using the Internet to acquire and transmit images and/or video files depicting child pornography,” Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said late this afternoon. “In this case, the child pornography contained over one hundred images and/or videos of pre-pubescent children engaged in sexual acts.”

Molinelli thanked several police departments for providing staffing for the task force: Bogota, Carlstadt, Hillsdale and Woodcliff Lake.
