Vincent Diluzio, 41, was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell it and possession of drug paraphernalia following an investigation, Police Chief Dennis Kaine said Thursday.

Diluzio "also had in his possession clean urine and hand warmers to keep the sample warm in order to possibly defraud any type of drug test [required by the municipality or the state]," Kaine told Daily Voice.

A Municipal Court hearing on a disorderly persons charge was scheduled for next month.
