Donate Clothing To Bergenfield-Englewood-Teaneck-Hackensack Crime Stoppers

ENGLEWOOD, N.J. -- Besides gathering tips to help law enforcement, the Bergenfield-Englewood-Teaneck-Hackensack CrimeStoppers group is collecting clothing for those in need.

“Many people are always searching for reputable bins when they want to donate clothing items to those less fortunate individuals and families,” Police Capt. Timothy Torell said. 

“Proceeds from the bin go directly to assisting this non-profit, crime-fighting organization, which allows citizens to be awarded cash for tips they give to the police that help solve crimes in our communities,” he said.

The Englewood bin is accessible to the public during usual working hours at the Department of Public Works, located at 175 South Van Brunt Street just south of Englewood police headquarters.
