OVERALL: It will deliver widespread heavy rain here from late tonight until Saturday morning, with 2-4″ of rainfall.

FLOODING: This amount of rainfall will produce flash flooding and potentially river flooding. The main threat window for river flooding would be this Saturday into Sunday.

WIND GUSTS: Up to 40 mph along the coast, 25-35 over inland areas east of I-95, and 25 mph west of I-95. The current forecast track keeps the strongest winds over the Atlantic Ocean.

COASTAL FLOODING: Minor during the Friday evening high tide.

RIP CURRENTS: High risk tomorrow. Life threatening conditions.
