Officer Brad Dussault pulled over a 2013 Toyota on Boulevard and Columbus Avenue just after 8 p.m. last Saturday after witnessing a drug deal, Detective Lt. Michael Colaneri told CLIFFVIEW PILOT .
Spotting drug paraphernalia out in the open, he sought consent to search the car, but the driver refused, Colaneri said.

Besides the drugs, they found packaging materials, scales and other paraphernalia, he said.
Warrants were issued and arrests were made Monday.
