Corporal Craig Goodson found the overdose victim parked in the area of Park Avenue and Summer Street early Thursday afternoon, Sheriff Richard H. Berdnik said.

Goodson summoned backup Corporal Ken McNish and Officer Francesca Vollaro, who administered the anti-opiate drug, he said.

It revived the victim, who was taken to St Joseph's Regional Medical Center.
