Vache “Mike” Assadourian, 42, of Ringwood was issued a summons for an April 12 first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.

Assadourian, who is charged with stalking and invasion of privacy, “had been tracking his former girlfriend’s whereabouts for a period of approximately 3 months using the device” before she discovered it, Grewal said.

He also “disclosed private information of another’s personal life without consent,” the prosecutor said.
