The RDP is the non-profit organization that oversees the local Special Improvement District (SID). Ordinances were drafted to dissolve the RDP and create the new, volunteer-run organization, NorthJersey.com reported.

The Ordinances will be put before public hearings before they are voted on again to finalize approval, NorthJersey.com said.
