An assessed home of $431,000 would have a tax bill of $3,788, based on the spending plan, said finance chairman Mark O'Connor in the NorthJersey.com story.
The municipality's overall spending would decrease $100,684 to $29.8 million, said O'Connor, according to NorthJersey.com.
A special budget meeting is set for April 11, while the budget is slated for the council's April 25 agenda for a vote, NorthJersey.com reported.
