EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — After two apartment buildings were approved to go up in East Rutherford, their developer upped the ante, NorthJersey.com reports.

The new plans for the Central Avenue site include seven, four-story buildings that boast a clubhouse, dog park, 106 two-bedrooms, six three-bedrooms, 93 one-bedrooms and three studios, the article says.
