Video: Rutherford Superintendent Gives April Update

RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- "April heralds the start spring and activity abounds throughout the district," Superintendent Jack Hurley recently noted, as he gave an update on the district.

He also noted that April brings PARCCC testing. The district website has calendars for each school. You can view them here. "PARCC results from last year have given us valuable data which will help us strengthen curriculum," he said.

Registration is ongoing for preschool and kindergarten for the upcoming year. If you need more information, contact the Board of Education.

"Amazing things are happening in our schools," Hurley added. "Across the grade levels, students and teachers are embracing 21st century skills and infusing real world projects and technology into daily lessons."
