Incumbents, Challenger Win Seats On Teaneck Board Of Education TEANECK, N.J -- Teaneck Board of Education incumbents David Gruber, Sarah Rappoport -- along with challenger Victoria Fisher -- all won seats Tuesday, according to unofficial results from the Bergen County Board of Elections. Gruber received 2,548 votes, Rappoport got 2,187 and Fisher received 2,323. That ousted BOE Vice President Gervonn Romney-Rice, who had 2,100 votes. Kathleen Muse had 1,051.
