An extreme heat advisory and threat of thunderstorms prompted the change, according to Councilman Joel Brizzi.
The new concert line-up:
- Aug. 1: AM Gold, who will play hits from 1975 to 1990 including songs by Hall & Oates, Michael McDonalds, Steely Dan, the Doobie Brothers and more;
- Aug. 8: Eaglemania, who will perform all of the Eagles' greatest hits;
- Aug 15: The Duprees, an oldies group known for "You Belong to Me", "Have You Heard", and "Why Don't You Believe Me."
The concerts will take place at Sesselman Park, which is located at River Street and Carlton Avenue, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
