East Rutherford Library Continues Acts Of Kindness By Planting

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — The Random Acts Of Kindness Club at the East Rutherford Library recently participated in getting the soil ready for a garden they'll plant on Saturday.

Other club activities included crafting valentines for senior citizens, tucking friendly notes into library books and making toys for shelter dogs.

The club is devoted to performing a random act of kindness every month.

The Program Coordinator is Children's Librarian Maria Russo, who launched the club for all ages on Jan. 30.
