Marcus Carter, 35, of Staten Island was taken into custody at the Homestead Village/Extended Stay on Route 3 East in East Rutherford, where he’d been staying, borough Police Chief Larry Minda told CLIFFVIEW PILOT .
Besides the two handguns, he was carrying 123 bags of cocaine, the chief said. That amount could sell for roughly $7,500 on the street.
