EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The East Rutherford police and the East Rutherford Memorial Library have teamed for monthly police story time.

East Rutherford Police Chief Larry Minda kicked things off Monday by reading a sweet story, titled "Hannah and Sugar," a tale about young girl overcoming her fear of neighborhood dog.

Police story time is conducted on the fourth Monday of each month at the library. The little ones who attended story time were from ages birth to 5.
